How does training and development affect employee retention and job search behavior?
According to a report from the Association for Talent and Development, training and development are now viewed as critical for keeping and attracting talent, not just a “nice to have.” Nearly all HR managers surveyed said better training and skill development improve retention, and 73% of employees reported they would stay longer if given more learning opportunities.
